Several years ago several companies in the Boston area were working on ways to clone skin to attach to people needing new skin. One company harvested cells from infant’s foreskin that they collected. Here is a photo in the lab showing the process of skin cloning, from early harvest, to full skin in the back. I shot this for Scientific American Magazine.
Now they have spray-on-skin. Here’s a video of it in action.
