I was planted at Angelo Dundee’s Gym in Miami Beach, waiting for Muhammad Ali to come in to train for his next championship fight. He decided to get into the face of everyone there. Here’s a photo of the sweaty Ali giving someone the polite finger:

January 27, 1986: I was in the Kennedy Space Center press office. It was night before another rescheduled launch date. They told me it was too cold to blast off in the morning. Well they did.
