The Boston Globe just ran an article about the history of modern biotechnology and software industries in Cambridge. It starts with Dan Bricklin conceiving the first spreadsheet for a computer, VisiCalc. Later he went on to start Software Garden, then Slate Corporation. Next he founded Trellix with Russell Werner (on right). Here they both are in a plain white hallway. This was the time of colored gels, motion-bur and medium format film cameras. I photographed their portraits for TechCapital Magazine.
