When I was starting out as a Boston photographer, one of my early assignments was to photograph Richard Neustadt. The magazine specifically told me that they wanted a colorful image, not shot in his office. He didn’t want to leave the office. So we decided to photograph him outside his office in a busy Kennedy School hallway. We colored a support beam with lights. Here is our portrait of Harvard professor Richard Neustadt:
Richard Neustadt: Presidential adviser to Harry S. Truman, John F. Kennedy, Lyndon B. Johnson and Bill Clinton. He was a scholar, historian, and a founder of Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.

Stan: great portrait. I especially like the way he is giving a “thumbs up” to your copyright symbol.
